Privacy

This is a summary in English. The binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung, which is the text required under German law.

In short

This site is a business card. It sets no cookies, loads nothing from third-party servers, measures no behaviour and keeps no access logs.

No data protection officer has been appointed; the conditions of Art. 37 GDPR and § 38 BDSG do not apply.

Hosting

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host processes the connection data technically required to deliver the page. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — my legitimate interest in providing the site securely and efficiently.

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The servers are located exclusively in Germany, in Dresden und Friedersdorf. No data is transferred to third countries.

No logfiles

The option „keine Logs erzeugen" is active for this contract. The web server writes no access logs: IP addresses, requested files, timestamps, referrer and browser identification are neither recorded nor stored. There is nothing to store, no retention period and no evaluation.

No cookies, no tracking

The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics service, no tracking pixel and no JavaScript. Fonts, images and styles are not loaded from third-party servers, so opening the page creates no connection to anyone else.

If you call or write

I process what you send me in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where it concerns a treatment relationship, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — my legitimate interest in answering an enquiry addressed to me.

Health data is processed only if you provide it yourself; the legal basis is then Art. 9 (2) (h) GDPR together with § 22 (1) no. 1 (b) BDSG. I am bound by medical confidentiality under § 203 StGB.

Unencrypted email can be read in transit. It is not a secure channel for health information.

I delete enquiries once they are settled and no retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You have the right to

  • access the data held about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

Right to object

You have the right to object at any time to processing based on a legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, on grounds relating to your particular situation. I will then stop processing your data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, or the processing serves to establish or defend legal claims (Art. 21 (1) GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR):
